Welcome to Sodamntuff ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Sodamntuff is a social music platform that connects verified artists with music lovers and fans. We provide tools for music sharing, discovery, community engagement, and promotional services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sodamntuff. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Types: We offer different account types including regular user accounts and verified artist accounts. Verified artist status is granted at our discretion following an application review process.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Artist Verification: To upload music and access artist features, you must apply for and receive artist verification. Verification requires:

• Links to established music profiles (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, etc.)
• Social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• A brief artist bio demonstrating your identity as a music creator
• Compliance with our content and authenticity standards

Music Uploads: Only verified artists may upload music to Sodamntuff. By uploading music, you confirm that:

• You own all rights to the music or have obtained necessary licenses
• Your music does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Your music complies with all applicable laws and our content policies
• You grant Sodamntuff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and promote your music on our platform

Search engines and AI assistants: Public artist, track and album pages, including title, credits, cover art and description, are indexable by search engines and AI assistants so people can find your music. Audio files are excluded: we do not license them for reuse or for training AI models.

Artist Rights: You retain all ownership rights to your music. You may remove your music from the platform at any time through your account settings.

Artist Responsibilities: Artists must respond to copyright claims or content disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Repeated violations may result in loss of artist verification or account termination.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards, with or without notice.

User-Generated Content: By posting content (comments, profile information, playlists, etc.), you grant Sodamntuff a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

Community Guidelines: All users must:

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Engage authentically without creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Not harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Respect artists' intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to manipulate engagement metrics (plays, likes, etc.)
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the platform

Automated access: Automated access to public pages by search engines, AI assistants and similar services is permitted only within the limits set in our robots.txt and llms.txt files. Audio files are not licensed for automated collection, reuse or AI training.

Reporting: Users can report content or behavior that violates these Terms. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

Platform Content: The Sodamntuff platform, including its design, features, and proprietary code, is owned by Sodamntuff and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Copyright Claims: If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at copyright@sodamntuff.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content on our platform
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Counter-Notification: If your content was removed due to a copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notification if you believe the removal was in error.

Your use of Sodamntuff is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service "As Is": Sodamntuff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for user-uploaded content or third-party links. Artists are solely responsible for their music and representations.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sodamntuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to your account and content. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Sodamntuff after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
