Artist & User Disclosure Agreement

1. Platform Purpose

Sodamntuff is a free promotional platform designed to help independent musicians and artists share their music, connect with fans, and grow their audience.

This platform is NOT a commercial music distribution service. It is a community-driven space for music discovery, feedback, and promotion.

3. Copyright & Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of all music, artwork, and content you upload to Sodamntuff.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own all rights to the music, lyrics, and recordings you upload
• You have permission from all collaborators, producers, and featured artists
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights
• You have the legal right to distribute and promote this content

You grant Sodamntuff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and stream your music on our platform
• Display your music in playlists, discovery feeds, and promotional materials
• Allow users to listen to your music for free
• Promote your music on social media and marketing channels

You may remove your content at any time, and this license will terminate for removed content.

Search engines and AI assistants: Public artist, track and album pages, including title, credits, cover art and description, are indexable by search engines and AI assistants so people can find your music. Audio files are excluded: we do not license them for reuse or for training AI models.

4. Content Guidelines

All uploaded content must comply with our community standards:

• No illegal, harmful, or hateful content
• No content that infringes third-party rights
• No spam, misleading metadata, or fake engagement
• No explicit content without proper content warnings

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Platform Rights & Moderation

Sodamntuff reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates our policies or legal requirements
• Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Feature or promote content in curated playlists at our discretion

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data to provide our services:

• Account information (email, display name)
• Uploaded content (music, artwork, metadata)
• Usage statistics (plays, likes, comments)
• Profile information and social links

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Analytics are used solely to improve the platform and provide you with insights about your audience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sodamntuff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of content due to technical issues (always keep backups)
• Copyright disputes arising from your uploaded content
• Loss of potential income from other platforms
• Service interruptions or downtime

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account and remove all content at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your content from public view within 48 hours, though backups may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this disclosure agreement as the platform evolves. Material changes (especially regarding royalties, monetization, or content rights) will be communicated via email and require re-acceptance.
